I graduated from Elgin Community College in 2015 with a certificate in Massage Therapy and am passionate about blending techniques like thai bodywork, myofascial release, cupping, trigger point therapy, and gua-sha to promote healing. I'm also certified in Pediatric Massage, Autism Touch Therapy, and as an Infant Massage Teacher through LiddleKidz Foundation. Working with families in the special needs community is one of my greatest joys.

With nearly 10 years in medical rehab and med-spas, I’ve gained extensive experience helping individuals achieve wellness through strength and mobility. Now, as a small business owner, I enjoy wearing many hats and am grateful for the opportunity to serve my community. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family and dogs (Cash, Blue, and Stevie), and enjoy hiking, biking, crafting, cooking, yoga, and live music.
