Cancelation & No Show Policy 

All appointments must be rescheduled or canceled a MINIMUM of 24 hours BEFORE the scheduled appointment time.

If canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time or if you do not come to the appointment without canceling or rescheduling, the following fees will be charged to you.

1st time:  Forgiven! You must pre-pay to reschedule.

2nd time:  50% of appointment fee is due, and pre-payment is required.

3rd time:  100% of treatment is due. 

*The only exception to this policy is if you send someone else in for your appointment time, but please notify us if this is the case.
